We want you to be completely satisfied with your new gear and will make every reasonable effort to do so. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out so we can remedy that as quickly and smoothly as possible.


Need to exchange or return something? Just print a return or exchange form, click here and follow the instructions. 

  • We offer exchanges and returns for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Exchanges take 3-7 business days upon receipt and we will provide a confirmation email once your new gear is on the way. 
  • We do not provide return shipping labels. 
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement 3-7 business days after the refund is initiated. 
  • If you received a damaged or the wrong product, please contact us ASAP. 


We offer free shipping on orders over 50$!

We take shipping very seriously and will make every effort to ship out your order ASAP.

  • Your order will ship out 1-5 days after the order is placed. 
  • Shipping is a flat rate $4 for first class shipping.
  • A tracking number will be provided along with a confirmation email once the your order is on the way.
  • Shipping normally takes 1-5 days depending on where you are located within the USA.
  • If you need your order ASAP, we offer priority shipping that can be selected at checkout. 
  • At this time we do not offer international shipping, but if it is required please contact us and we do our best to accommodate.
